To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Joseph Andreo Assistant Scout Executive of the Connecticut Yankee Council B.S.A. located in Milford, CT.

I’ve worked with Joe for about ten years now (four years as my direct supervisor), and in this time I’ve seen him organize many large successful fundraising events, manage the field staff, office staff, and camp directors all at the same time. He works with all levels of volunteers, from the smallest of units right up to the executive board. Joe was also given the responsibility of being the general contractor of a complete remodeling of the Connecticut Yankee Council main office building back about six years ago. I must say Joe did an outstanding job organizing volunteers, acquiring donations of materials, and skilled labor to see that job through to the end. Joe possesses the perfect balance of professionalism, knowledge, understanding, enthusiasm and good humor. The staff (myself included) and volunteers love working with him. He is a huge asset to the Connecticut Yankee Council and takes his responsibilities very seriously. I will be disappointed to see him go, but wish him the best of luck in his endeavors. As you review candidates for this position, I would strongly recommend you take a close look at Joseph Andreo. After having the opportunity to work and become friends with many scout executives over the years, I can say without a doubt that Joe fits the bill. You will find him well qualified for the position, and an asset to your organization. I highly recommend Joe for the position of Scout Executive. If I can be of any further assistance or provide you with any additional information please contact me.

Sincerely,

David J. Boyajian
