Dear Selection Committee;

Joe Andreo has worked with me for the past four years most recently as my Assistant Scout Executive.  Joe’s role includes managing the field staff for membership and fundraising as well as managing our summer camping operations and managing all properties.  Joe also helps run several council fundraising events.

When I first arrived at the Connecticut Yankee Council, Joe oversaw development and was running multiple events.  Joe has shown the ability to take on new challenges and increased responsibilities and will put in the work to get things accomplished.

Joe has built strong relationships with volunteers at all levels of the council along with strong relationships with various companies and organizations for help with funding the council.  The staff is very responsive to Joe, and he takes the time to sit down with them to understand their issues and challenges.

I certainly feel that Joe is more than qualified to lead his own council and will work diligently to achieve the goals to move the council forward.
