RE: Joe Andreo,

To whom it may concern,

I have known Joe going on ten years through the Scouting program. I have shared many experiences with Joe including many fundraising opportunities and program events in the Sleeping Giant & Quinnipiac Districts and CT Yankee Council. 10 years of Game Dinners, Wine Tasting Evening, and Sporting Clay Shoot as fundraisers. Wood Badge Fellowship Dinner, District Operations meetings, Conn Jam Council wide event, and Friends of Scouting campaigns, also this past year Joe was my professional adviser for 2022 National Jamboree which took on a lot effort and time to get our contingent organized, and without Joe it would not have happened as well as it did.

I have 34 years of adult scouting experience and my experiences with Joe from a professional side have been nothing less than perfect and I do not say that lightly. Joe is well organized when it comes to tasks at hand on any event, but his strength is he has a remarkable gift to make myself and other volunteers feel part of the team. In other words, we are all working together for the betterment of this youth program.

Joe’s character is well established. I can see when he takes on an assignment, he puts his heart into it, and he gets the assignment done. I consider Joe a friend and so do many other volunteers that have worked with him just because of the way he conducts himself in and out of the Scouting world.

I know Joe will excel at any new challenges that he will face and will do an outstanding job. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional information.

Sincerely,

Ray Moncevicius
